After casually mentioning in my Learn to Lift classes that she was “just an amateur photographer… it’s just a hobby,” I was like… hmm, this could be fun. I’d been wanting to challenge myself with a body prep for a photoshoot (plus, turning 40 felt like the perfect excuse) — so we booked a date. Babs was super flexible with dates and timings, which made it all so easy.
From start to finish, she was nothing but professional. Before the shoot, she made sure we were completely on the same page. During, she made me feel relaxed, confident, and at ease (which is no small feat when you’re half-naked in front of a camera!). And after — wow. Her attention to detail and her photographer’s eye truly came to life in every single shot. She made sure each edit was perfect.
Honestly, Babs has absolutely blown me away. She is anything but amateur, and I already can’t wait to work with her again. She’s incredibly talented, great with kids, dogs, people — just a joy to be around.
